View job summaries

For the Destiny Administrator

The Job Manager tab of Setup lists all the jobs created in the district. This includes those created through the automated Job Scheduler, those invoked through the command line (for example, keyword building), and those submitted by any of the district users, administrators, or their staff.

If the job summary is in PDF format, you can view it by clicking View. To view a summary that is in HTML format, you will need to log in to the submitting site and open its Job Manager in the Back Office.

You can delete all completed, stopped, or failed jobs for the district, including scheduled jobs and those started by district users or site administrators.

For the Super Administrator

The Job Manager lists only the reports created by the Super Administrator.

To open a summary, click View.

Deleting job summaries

To delete a particular job and its files, click the delete icon.

Because the list of jobs, and the resources they use, can grow quickly, you can also batch delete jobs: Scroll to the bottom of the list and delete them by date, name, or date and name. Then, click Delete.
