Access District Warehouse

important The District Warehouse (DW) site must exist before you can create the District Warehouse (DW) user.

You need a district user with District Warehouse access to approve orders at the District Warehouse site.

To get to the Add District User page:

• Login as Destiny Admin, then select Setup > Users > Add user.

To create a District Warehouse user

1. Select the Access District Warehouse box.
   
   You can either select from the Select Access Level drop-down or click Other…. The Add Access Level page opens to create a new District Warehouse user.
   
   In the District Warehouse User Access Level box, type in the access level identifier, then select the desired permissions (in the Textbooks and General tabs).

2. When you are done, click Save.
