Order textbooks (Site)

Change to Textbook View > Choose Catalog > Order Textbooks

From the Orders page you can create a new order or you can view orders that have been submitted or are On Order.

Create a new order

important Order Textbooks is available in Follett Destiny® Textbook Manager v10.5 and higher.

The District Warehouse (DW) user can see textbook orders that were created at the site level (sent and unsent orders).The DW determines the next steps for the textbook orders. For more details, go to Order textbooks (Textbook Manager)/District Warehouse.

note In addition to creating a new textbook order you can track submitted orders.

To order textbooks

1. If you are not already in the Orders page, then you need to follow the steps in the blue bar with white letters (above).
2. Click New Order. The New Order page opens.
3. Populate the fields based on the order you are entering. All required fields (*) must be complete.
4. In the Select Titles to Order section, find your title.
5. Click Go!. The Select Titles to Order section is populated with a list of search results.
6. Find the titles you want. In the Quantity Requested box of the titles, enter the quantity, then click Select. Repeat this step for all titles you want as part of the current order.
7. What do you want to do?

important New orders can only be created (Save or Save & Send) if you do not have an unsent order or an order that has been submitted but not approved by the DW.

To view orders, go to View textbook orders.
