1. Log in as a district user.
2. If you are not on the Update Patrons page, then follow the steps in the blue title bar.
3. In the Patron Import Converter Properties File section, click the Patron Import Converter link. The Downloads page and Patron Import Converter page appear. Close the Downloads page.
4. On the Patron Import Converter page, drag and drop the Patron Import Converter icon into the Applications folder.
5. Double-click the Applications folder. The Applications page opens.
6. On the Applications page, find and double-click the PatronImportConverter file, and then click Open. The Destiny Patron Import Converter page appears.
7. On the Destiny Patron Import Converter page, browse to the .csv file (should be local), and then make other selections accordingly.
8. When you are finished, click Save.
9. Navigate to where you want the file to reside, give the file a name (such as students.properties), and then click Save.

You are now ready to complete the steps in Set up schedule patron update.
