Add and edit fines

1. If you are not on the Fines page, then follow the steps in the blue title bar.
2. In the Find Patron field, type a patron name or barcode, then click Go!. A list of patrons appears.
3. Select the patron you want.
4. To add a fine, click Add Fine. The Add Fine page appears.
5. Click the Reason drop-down to select the reason for the fine.
6. To add a new Fine Type, click Other… The Manage Fine Types page appears.
7. In the Resource Item field, type the resource you want to find, then click Go!.
8. From the list of resources, select applicable resource.
9. Fill in the remaining fields, then click Save. The receipt appears.

1. On the Fines page, find the resource you want.
2. To edit a fine, click . The Edit Fine page appears.
3. Make changes accordingly, then click Save.

note In the Edit Fine page, you can either waive or apply a payment to an individual fine.

4. To refund a credit, click Update.
5. To delete a fine, click . Follow prompts accordingly.
