Patron picture

Choose Back Office > Manage Patrons

important The file format must be .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, or .png, and cannot be zipped. Also, for optimal uploading, we recommend that the size of each image file be approximately 20 KB.

To add or update a patron picture

1. You add a patron picture when you are either adding a patron or editing a patron record. Complete the steps to add or edit a patron, then proceed with the steps below.
2. Click the Picture tab.
3. To navigate to the picture you want, click Browse.
4. When the New Image box is populated with the file, you can preview the picture before you save it.
5. In the Patron Picture box, click Preview.
6. If you want the patron picture to appear in Circulation, then choose Back Office > Site Configuration > Circulation.
7. Select Display Patron Pictures, then click Save.
