Resource Policies (Departments/Locations)

Resource loan policies enable your school district to have different circulation policies for departments and locations. This helps you effectively manage your physical and digital resources and improves accountability for those responsible for these resources.

Use the Departments/Locations tab to designate a loan period for each resource type. The loan periods are used in the Check Out Resources to Department and Check Out Resources to Location.

To change current loan periods

important The loan period selected for each resource applies to all departments and locations.

1. If you are not on the Resource Policies page, then follow the steps in the blue bar with white letters (above).
2. On the Resource Policies page, click Edit. The Edit Resource Type Loan Period page opens.
3. Make changes to the resource type loan period as needed.
4. When you are done, click Save.
