About the patron file format

To import successfully, your import file must adhere to Follett's patron data guidelines.

If you have exported your patron records from any of the following applications, the file is ready to import:

• Circulation Plus v3.0 and higher (Windows or Macintosh)
• TextLink v4.1 or higher

If your patron data was exported from another system, however, you must first convert the file.
Follett's Patron Conversion Utility is available for workstations running a Windows operating system.
