Approve Reviews

Select Catalog > Search Setup > Digital > Digital Setup

If you allow your library patrons to add comments or digital content to their reviews, you may need to approve the reviews before they appear on the title's Reviews tab. The Reviews Needing Approval page houses all Follett eBook reviews that need to be approved.

• If the reviewer added digital content, you can view the content by clicking its link (adjacent to the reviewer's barcode number).
  If necessary, you can delete the digital content, the comments, or both.
• To delete a review entirely, click Delete.

1. If you are not on the Follett Digital Setup page, then follow the steps in the blue title bar.
2. Select Approve Reviews.
3. To accept the review, click Approve.
4. If you need to make changes before approving a review, click Edit, then click Approve.
5. If the review is inappropriate you can delete it. To delete the review, click Delete then Yes.
